early development

Counterfactual generative morphogenesis — new structure generated from the live state of a host network, not chosen from a menu.

Every candidate is measured against a no-intervention branch, and the whole pool is allowed to lose to it.

What it is

New computational structure is generated from live host telemetry, verified, compiled without semantic change, tested in cloned branches that share an identical future with the mainline, and admitted only if it beats a no-intervention branch whose utility is exactly zero. Judgement is blinded and separated from evidence — the component that certifies results cannot issue verdicts, and neither ever sees where a candidate came from. Nothing is permanent: admitted structure must keep earning its tenancy or be retired.
